A baby girl

So I went to Fetal Fotos and found out we are having a girl! I'll post some pictures up later. It was really awesome and I recommend them. I got some prego pictures taken by Savana. I should have a sneak peek up soon on her blog : http://photosbysavana.blogspot.com/  There is a sneak peek of my niece and nephew Neils and Guin and one of my nephew Ben on her blog also. I am also going to have pictures taken by a girl that works for my mother-in-law so that should be cool. :( I wish Kelley was here so here could be in the pictures. My baby shower is tomorrow. YAY! We are probably going to name her Isabella Rose.

26 weeks

So my tum tum seems huge. My belly button is finally starting to poke out. I also got a haricut cuz the baby stole all my nutrients and my hair got really thin and dry and ugly...so I chopped it. I'm flying to Idaho today. I will miss my husband but it should be fun.

24 week ultrasound

Bubbles

bottom: Kelley wanting a snake top: anaconda

Kelley was having snake withdrawals so we finally went and got him a snake. He chose a female green anaconda. He named her Bubbles because she always blows bubbles while she slithers around in her water. We feed her two mice a week but are gonna try to switch to one rat a week when she gets a little bigger because they are more nutritious. Mice are like fast food for snakes I guess. Anyways, she is very nice and has never tried to bite us once...but she does have an odd little personality. Sometimes ill find her doing odd things in her cage. When we were buying her at the store the lady there fed her a live mouse. She crushed it's bones and drowned it at the same time. It was pretty cool but it was gross to hear the bones crunching. We switched her to frozen food (cuz the store is two far away to buy live mice twice a week....not as cool as watching her eat live mice) and we also feed her in a box instead of in her cage cuz we don't want her to ever think our hands are food when we reach in her cage. I just hope no one ever opens our freezer and sees the frozen mice in there. They might think we are creepy. So that's my story about Bubbles....

Fetal Photos!

I made an appointment at Fetal Fotos for the 26th of June at 3 p.m. I'm so excited to find out what our baby is going to be! I just couldn't wait until it was born to know... and I want some good pictures. The military only gave us one chance to find out what the baby is (and I can't complain because it was free) but it was early and the lady was grumpy and the cord was between the baby's legs hiding everything and all that crappy stuff. But I'm paying these people to figure it out so they kind of have to. YAY!!!!

Made some crafty stuff

So I have slowly been making things to sell on etsy.com. Hopefully somebody likes them. Anyhow...Im visiting Idaho on June 20th-July 3rd. Im pretty excited about it! Im gonna try to go to fetal fotos and find out what my baby is, visit Pocatello and see Jessie's baby, see Fonz's baby for the first time in real life......and I think I might get a baby shower. yay! Trevvor and Kelley's mom will be flying back with me and visiting for the 4th of July weekend so that should be fun too. Poor Kelley will be all alone and lonely for TWO weeks. He has friends to hang out with though so he shouldn't get too depressed. He is going on a MEU in January for six months. :( Im glad he isn't going to Iraq in October anymore though. He will get to spend a few months with the baby.

LOL my marine

24 weeks

We just moved to military housing and I like it much better than the old house. The oven actually works and we have a dishwasher now and a big fridge. YAY! and I havn't seen a single cockroach yet....well except one that crawled out of one of our boxes from the old house. gross! anyways Im at 24 weeks now. I had my ultrasound on the 9th but she couldn't see if it is a boy or girl. she said she thinks its a girl though. I wasn't very impressed with the whole experience. She was a grouchy old hag and gave us crappy pictures. she was very rude and acted like we were a HUGE inconvenience to her life. :( I'm gonna try to go to fetal fotos.
