Gun fun

Kelley and I both decided we should get some guns for the zombie apocalypse.

I got a cute little blue revolver.

Kelley got a HUGE revolver and then this little pistol

Kill me some zombies.

I want a tommy gun tho. I don't think my revolver would get me very far.....

I created a support page one Facebook called USMC Twentynine Palms for wives/fiances/girlfriends/SOs of anyone stationed out at 29 Palms. Each month we have a photo contest. This month in celebration of the 4th of July everyone sent in photos of their deployed loved ones. "My Hero Photo Contest" The winner will receive this care package filled with all their deployed loved ones favorite things. Thank you to all those that are deployed and hope you return to your loved ones soon and safely!

Brenda

This is my husband's half sister, Brenda, who passed away a few days ago. I have never met her and Kelley has only met her once when he was little but his mother is obviously devastated to lose her baby. Please pray for their family!

Father's Day Care Package

This is my first care package I am sending for this deployment.

I think he will really love that she decorated the box and it will be sending a little bit of home to him. Toddler mess in a box! aw I know he misses her. She is daddy's girl. He is so involved with her. We are really lucky. Lots of dads don't really have anything to do with their kids and it is so nice to see him help out so much and he even willingly changes diapers without being asked! awesome!

More Tu Tus

I have been working on a couple of tu tu sets.

This on is turquoise and black with a detachable zebra bow.

Comes with a matching headband with a detachable black flower that has a blue bling center.

Matching leg warmers with three layers. Top layer is turquoise tulle, middle tutu layer is black, and then a layer of zebra fabric : )

This one is pink and black with ribbon tied in with the tulle

Also comes with leg warmers that have three layers of pink tulle, black tulle, and leopard print fabric. The black headband comes with a detachable heart shaped yoyo fascinator. : )

Joshua Tree National Park 2011

This week you can get into all National Parks for FREE! We decided to head to Joshua Tree National Park just a few minutes from out house. We haven't been for a couple years when we first moved here. We didn't venture in too far or do any of the hikes but we checked out the cactus garden and some rock formations.
